Five fields on the form — a number, a ZIP, a street, a machine, a complaint — and that is everything the site ever asks of you.
A phone number, a ZIP code, the street address where the machine is, the kind of appliance, a preferred time of day, and your description of the fault. There is no name field and no email field. Submissions travel through Web3Forms, a form-relay service, straight to the shop’s inbox; Web3Forms keeps nothing on the shop’s behalf.
Ringing you back, putting the visit on the calendar, loading the probable part, and writing the house file for your address afterward. Your details live in the shop’s own scheduling book and go nowhere else — not to advertisers, not to data brokers — with the single exception of a parts supplier when a part has to ship directly to your street.
None for analytics, none for advertising. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which logs those requests the way any font server does. Nobody records the phone calls.
Call, or write to the West Ashley address, and your details will be read back to you, corrected, or struck from the scheduling book. House files are kept so a second visit can pick up where the first left off; ask, and yours is removed as well.
